We make one kind of pizza a day Wednesday – Sunday. Our pizzas are sauce-free and meat-free built with quality ingredients on a thin sourdough crust.

Pizza ingredients are subject to change, depending on availability. Hot pizza is available at 11:30 AM. Light bake pizzas are available at 11:30 AM or at Star Grocery after 12:30 PM.

Light Bake Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400º for 30 minutes. If you have half a pizza or if you are worried about your oven, we recommend placing aluminum foil on the bottom of your oven before preheating.
  2. Remove pizza from the box and place it directly onto the oven rack. Bake at 400º for 5-8 minutes.
  3. Time to add the garnishes! If your box came with lemon and herbs (cilantro, basil, etc.) or arugula and dressing, these are to be placed on your pizza after baking.
